Turn on autocomplete for DOS shell
I know everyone knows this by now ,but this happened to me after a very long time of always having autocomplete enabled.
You can enable filename completion in the NT "DOS" shell by :
editing HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Command Processor and changing the CompletionChar value to 0x00000009
